- Once Gift Vouchers are issued, they are not changeable or refundable.
- Respecting previous and subsequent appointments, we work with a 5-minute tolerance.
- The use of swimsuits and footwear is mandatory. You can bring your own, or purchase one at our Gift Shop.
- You must arrive 15 minutes before your reservation at the hotel reception to finalize the details of your service. Once the session has started, it is not possible to recover the time not enjoyed in the facilities.
- During your stay at Baños de Azur, it is important to respect the silence and tranquility of the place.
- We recommend following the suggested time for each area so you can fully enjoy the experience.
- You must leave your personal belongings in the lockers. Otherwise, Baños de Azur will not be responsible for any loss.
- The use of Baños de Azur is intended for individuals over 18 years old.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women or those with cardiovascular diseases are not allowed to use our services.
- Holidays and long weekends will have a “Friday and Saturday” rate.
